Charles Oliveira kept his momentum train going tonight at UFC Fight Night 67, and the featherweight contender picked up an extra $100,000 in bonuses as a result.
Yes, Oliveira earned two bonuses for his co-headliner scrap with Nik Lentz, as the two were awarded “Fight of the Night” for the memorable war. In addition, Oliveira was given a “Performance of the Night” award, for finishing Lentz with a third round, guillotine choke.
The victory was “do Bronx’s” fourth in a row.
The card’s other “POTN” winner was featherweight Rony Jason, who slapped a nicely executed triangle-choke on Damon Jackson, and scored a first round, submission win.
UFC FN 67 went down in Goiania, Brazil, and in the main event, Carlos Condit stopped Thiago Alves (via doctor stoppage).
