the sakuraba fight was a great example of how the refs should let the professional fighters decide when the fight is over…unlike the rothwell fight…please retire now saku

Just finished watching.Pretty entertaining card as always at dream. There pretty funny over there,it’s definatly much more of a show rather then the americanized sporting event. And i’m glad they went to a cage.(rings for boxing, wrestling, kickboxing ect. cage for MMA IMO)

overeem keeps fighting where roids arn’t tested but he’s too injured to fight in the US where we test for roids.

Overeem to reporters after the DREAM.12 event is quoted

“Okay – and I want all of you to write this down – I want to fight Fedor. Alistair Overeem wants to fight Fedor in April 2010. So write that down… I don’t care [where]. Maybe in DREAM, maybe in Strikeforce. I don’t care. I’d rather in DREAM, but Strikeforce is also okay.”

Overeem has never tested positive for “juicing” here in the states or anywhere for that matter, I understand the displeasure with Overeem but honestly there is nothing we can do as fans, except hope that He fights for StrikeForce in the states in 2010

The point has been made and beaten to death on the whole Overeem issue.
Yes its annoying, and yes a somewhat reasonable case can be made in his defense, but the truth is our sport is blowing up at such an alarming rate that there are so many other exciting things going on in every wegithclass that Overeem just isn’t THAT big a factor, regardless of if and when he fights, and where, and who…
