UFC 187 Weigh-Ins: Chris Weidman Calls Vitor Belfort a Cheater

Kelsey Mowatt

Vitor Belfort

Daniel Cormier versus Anthony Johnson is the official main event tomorrow night at UFC 187, but after today’s weigh-ins, the spotlight will likely be a bit brighter on Chris Weidman vs. Vitor Belfort.

As you probably know, Weidman has made it be known he doesn’t approve of Belfort’s previous TRT usage, and more recently, the middleweight champ has vowed to make an example of the feared striker on Saturday.

Well, after the champ and Belfort made weight today in Las Vegas, Weidman proceeded to claim that Belfort has tested for higher levels of testosterone than him leading up to the bout. The undefeated fighter proceeded to accuse “The Phenom” of “still cheating”….So, if you’re into drama, then that fight certainly has some of that in the mix.

Here are the official weigh-in results for UFC 187, which will be hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Cormier vs. Johnson is for the vacant 205 title.
