UFC Fight Night 11: Swick Pulls Out of Fight Against Goulet
Mike “Quick” Swick has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled bout against Jonathan Goulet at UFC Fight Night 11 later this month according to MMA on Tap:
Mike “Quick Swick has pulled out of his fight with Jonathan “The Road Warrior Goulet at UFC Fight Night 11. The reasons for Swick’s withdrawal are currently unknown.
Rumor has it that Swick has suffered an injury causing him to withdraw from the bout though the extent of the injury is not yet known.
Swick won 5 straight fights in the UFC but was derailed earlier this year at UFC 69 by Yushin Okami. The lone loss sent Swick packing from the middleweight division for the stacked 170-pound weight class. This bout was to be his first fight in the welterweight division.

I was lookin gforward to Swick vs. Goulet; not because I thought the fight would have been awesome, but because I wanted to see how Swick would perform in a fight that he had to cut weight for. My prediction for the fight would have been Swick by TKO in the first round. Hopefully he recovers soon and we see Swick fighting in a UFC PPV against Diego Sanchez; after Sanchez loses to Fitch at UFC 76.
