If you’ve been on the fence, in terms of whether or not you’ll watch UFC 186 this weekend, then perhaps this news will be the deciding factor…
Remember when Bellator was granted a temporary injunction to prevent “Rampage” Jackson from fighting Fabio Maldonado this Saturday? Well, according to a new post at UFC.com, that injunction has been lifted.
In the announcement, UFC President Dana White is quoted saying:
“We are happy with the decision from the New Jersey Court allowing Rampage to fight in Montreal this Saturday night. I am looking forward to seeing Rampage back in the Octagon.”
Crazy huh? The statement also says that the bout will be contested at a catchweight of 215 pounds.
UFC 186 will be hosted by the Bell Centre in Montreal. In the main event, flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson will take on Kyoji Horiguchi.
