The fourth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 10: Heavyweights airs tonight on Spike TV. After Kimbo Slice was eliminated from the competition last week following a loss to Roy Nelson, a preview for tonight’s epsiode teases that Slice could be called on to replace an injured teammate.
Discuss tonight’s episode in the comments below…

Here I’am, I wonder how well this episode is going to do in the ratings…. The “hype” this week seemed to minimal…
Also I think that Roy Nelson’s comment about Burger King to Dana was to say hey I support our sponsors, I’m a company man
Shad could be hsi mini me haha
*his
This should be a good fight…..
Seriously Tiki “explode on his face”
WOW
I didn’t get to watch it has the show and fight
*has=how was
Well good doesn’t sound like I missed anything
i think Roy Nelson just needs a good Forrest Griffin style kick to the Kegger to go down, but that Kehher has magical powers so who knows
Weak, Rampage, ….weak.
these heavyweights are highly un impresive up to this point
that anacondo didn’t even look like it was sinched all the way
it doesnt have to be sinched all the way on guys who dont know how to defend it………demico has a real chance at being a great fighter going to a camp like jacksons or coutures could turn him into a star…..but anyways that anaconda was perfect and was very tight remember an anaconda doesnt have to look tight to be tight all it does is presses your arm and there arm against the carotid arteries
ya I guess I don’t know too much about the fight game my bad
Trust me swank, that anaconda would have finished better fighters than Demico Rogers.
The issue was that he shouldn’t have gotten caught in it at all, which is the responsibility of his coaches…
As the series progresses, it’s no wonder that Rampage’s team did so poorly against Forrest, and are 0-4 this time. He sucks as a coach, he’s just terrible.
I think part of it is that he expects everyone to have a natural talent like he does, so he doesn’t think they need much coaching i guess IMO
This is the worst season that I’ve ever watched and I’ve watched them all so far. The last few seasons got by because of the number of fights, with highlights of 16 fights in 2 shows and then the rest spread over the season, well, this season is one fight per show, and they have all sucked. The UFC is banking on people watching the show based on Kimbo being there way too much. I doubt he comes back and honestly if he does, is it really going to be a fight I would want to watch. Too bad I’m totally addicted to the show and won’t miss one for nothing. If not for that fact, I would stop watching this season. Also, what else is to watch on Wednesday night, So you think you can dance?
Yeah, I’m definitely addicted to the show. Plus, how could I come here and talk about it, if I didn’t watch it?
yeah, i agree about watching only cause i’m a fan not so much the content. This is the complaint i had last season as well, that they have really gotten away from the goings-on at the house and focused primarily on the upcoming fight and the build up to the fight. It’s like they cram a countdown show and fight (with a little drama from the rest of the cast) and tons of commercials into each episode. I said it last season, that i just don’t feel like we get to know these people like it used to be. Every fighter can look good in training, but their personality is where you can really tell how their mentality is and how they will do in the octagon. As much shenanagins that goes on in the house, you knew who takes the opportunity seriously and who had the chance to go to the finals. Now there is no clear stand-outs, and who is a total BA, and don’t take sht and has the mentality to be a great fighter.
I blame Demico’s loss on his coaches in general, and Rampage in particular.
How else can you explain someone with Demico’s background getting caught in an anaconda by a stand-up fighter like Schaub?
Also, how the He11 does a coach take his entire staff to “get something to eat” right before he has a man fighting?
No warm-up?
No attitude fine-tuning?
No last minute fight breakdowns to make sure your fighter’s head is right?
I’ve honestly seen, and personally experienced, better coaching in the amateur MMA ranks in some local rec center, where there was a lot less at stake than a contract with the UFC.
After the fight, what sort of piece of sh!t coach leaves his fighter squatting in the center of the cage mentally and emotionally played out and trying to come to terms with a near-inexplicable loss while he sits in the corner whining about his own bad luck for the TV cameras?
Demico looked half a step behind most of the fight, spent too much time on his feet with a more polished striker, and seemed unfocused when he got to the mat, like he’d been given no gameplan by his coaches, which he probably hadn’t.
Finally, for a grappler that has pankration experience to get caught like he did reflects poorly on all concerned, but none moreso than his handlers.
I’m not a Rashad Evans supporter, but the guy exhibited a lot of class and compassion going over to Demico after his loss and checking with him to just let him know that it’ll all be OK in the morning.
And it was a lot more class and compassion than Rampage showed his fighter, thats for damned sure…
Yea I love (or loved) watching Rampage fight but he is NOT a good coach. He might be great in the gym but during fights he does nothing for the fighter except yell out very generic statements that I would say.
WELL, rampage has announced that he is quitting mma, so his heart might not be in it anymore…
maybe this is why rampage retired because he loses 8-0 to rashad
just kidding i think rashad will win 6-2 because i think big marcus and junk will win there fights…unless marcus gasses and junk gets put up against a strong wrestler
DARRILL SCHOONOVER is a bad dude. I dont know why they are not showing more of him. Just wait until he fights, you will see.
