Recently Jose Aldo’s coach, Andre Pederneiras, warned Dana White that Conor McGregor better not touch the featherweight champ during their media tour, and the UFC President was put to the test in Boston.

The rivals were asked to square off following the latest UFC 189 World Champion Tour event, and things got pretty, pretty, pretty intense. As a result, White had to intervene and at one point, he attempted to lead McGregor away, but “Notorious” came back at Aldo for some more words. It was just the latest interaction between the featherweights which is feeding the promotion’s marketing machine.

The UFC has posted footage of the staredown which you can catch below.

Aldo-McGregor will headline UFC 189, which will go down on July 11th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The card will also feature welterweight champion Robbie Lawler taking on Rory MacDonald.
