Lucio Linhares Replaces Alessio Sakara, Fights Rousimar Palhares at TUF 10 Finale
M-1 veteran Lucio Linhares has signed with the UFC and will make his Octagon debut against Rousimar Palhares at The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale, replacing Alessio Sakara on the December 5 card in Las Vegas.
Linhares (13-4) has won five-straight, includes wins over Karl Amoussou and Sean Salmon, as well as a first-round submission of Mikhail Zayats at M-1: Breakthrough last month.
Palhares (9-2) is 2-1 since debuting with the UFC last year, defeating Ivan Salaverry and, most-recently in January, Jeremy Horn, while suffering a loss to Dan Henderson last September.
According to InTheGuard.tv, Sakara was forced off the card due to a “documentation” issue.

I’m feeling some Palhares ownage for the win.. more or less I’m callin a Armbar 2nd round Palhares
There will DEFINITELY be some submission grappling in this one.
Ditto on the 2nd round sub win for Palhares…
Should be a good grappling match. Sounds like Sakara couldn’t get his green card.
Ouch.
damn so when do you guys think Alessio gonna get to fight?
