Alright FR,
My boy hornbuckle is well on his way to gsp’s belt…with a win over the goat, surely you must agree now on his beastliness…lol
I first saw Hornbuckle in BoDog fight a looonnnnnggggg time ago and I will say this, he has improved in the last two years more than most have in a long time, I by no means am stating he is a “comeback fighter of the year” but he has stepped his game up, also he seems to have matured an awful lot… I hope he gets the shot at the WW (WVR) title… Also he is a fresh breath of air in the WW division world wide, but by no means is coming for The Greatness’ title my friend :P…. I see this as a good win for Hornbuckle and not a bad performance from the goat… good stuff..
i always knew hornbuckle was good
hornbuckle is definitly becoming a great fighter, and with this win it might have been enough to get him in the top ten ww…..but gsp would kill him, I think most of the wrestlers in the ww division would really give him problems…..But id love to see hornbuckle vs anthony johnson
on another note…what is wrong with ryan shultz guys?
Ryan had mad heart in the IFL yet since his overseas adventures he hasn’t done to well, perhaps travel lag or just not taking training seriously
And NO beating the goat doesn’t make you top ten, because Ted Kennedy’s destruction of Nick was waayyyy more impressive than Hornbuckle’s it was a good showing for sure
well ya i agree fr he isnt in the top ten yet but he is very close….he is at least a 12 or 13 imo heres my top 15 at ww
1.)GSP
2.)Jon Fitch
3.)Thiago Alvez
4.)Koscheck
5.)paulo thiago
6.)Mike Swick
7.)Paul Daley
8.)Martin Kampmann
9.) carlos Condit
10.)Dan Hardy
11.)Jay Heiron
12.)Dan Hornbuckle
13.)Matt Hughes
14.)Anthony Johnson
15.)Marcus Davis
But I think most of us can agree that Hornbuckle does in fact probably have the best last name in all of MMA…
;)
I’m just a fan because i heard him say that he has a black belt in intensity…that’s all I needed
That is an awesome statement for sure
