A pair of welterweight bouts are in the works for UFC 105 on November 14 in Manchester, England, as Paul Taylor and John Hathaway have agreed to meet on the card as have Nick Osipczak and Matt Riddle, according to reports from Fighters Only and MMA Unltd.
Both UK natives, Taylor (10-4-1) is coming off a decision victory over Peter Sobotta in June, while Hathaway (11-0) has won back-to-back UFC fights over Thomas Egan and Rick Story in 2009.
Osipczak (4-0), a semifinalist on TUF 9 for Team UK, defeated Frank Lester via first-round submission in June in his UFC debut, while Riddle (3-0), a cast member on TUF 7, has won three-straight in the UFC, including his most-recent win over Dan Cramer in August.

The UK is still pretty new for the UFC, and they have to figure out a way to deal with that fact that we’re like 6-9 hours behind Manchester, which can kill ratings.
Also, I think that Nick Osipczak showed a lot of potential in TUF, and I hope they broadcast his match. Riddle might be a bit much for him, but I’m not counting him out by any means.
And believe me, back in the day many were the time that “we” got stuck with sh!t cards here in the US. Just hang in there, your time will come. After all, you won your season of TUF, no?

I know Hathaway is undefeated, but he hasnt faced anyone in the ufc yet as good as Taylor. I think Taylor will win a decision in that one. I see alot of it taking place on the feet.
I dont really know who to pick in the Riddle-Osipczak matchup.
Riddle is a pretty decent fighter, although he hasnt faced any top competition yet. During TUF9 i really underestimated Osipczak, and he showed he had some good striking and grappling. Tough pick, im gonna have to go with Riddle in this one. Just as Jcohl already said, Riddle might be a bit much for Nick, but i also am not counting him out.
Just a thought. Riddle has to be one of the biggest WW in the world. Like hes 6’1/2 and pretty thick. Along with Alves Rumble and Lyman good IMO.
Should be two good fights, I’m picking Taylor and Riddle. Osipczak didn’t strike me as having a lot to offer on TUF, though I have to admit I did slightly underestimate him. I also like Riddle and hope he can get the W. As far as Taylor, he has faced stiffer competition than Hathaway, and I think that will help him in this bout.
Osipczak vs Riddle should be an excellent fight.I’d have to give Riddle a slight edge though Osipczak impressed me the most on TUF.This card is going to be awsome for free.
I really feel like Riddle is gonna be like a Gray Maynard of 170. He’s just going to keep on winning unnoticed and one day he’s gonna get a co-main even or something and people are going to realize that he’s a good fighter. Riddle by UD.
watch out for Riddle he’s gonna be a stud one day IMO.
