Randy Couture on “Rome is Burning”

UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture will be the focus of todays episode of “Jim Rome is Burning”. The show will “show how Randy trains and how his regimen helps him in the cage” according to UFC.com. He will also discuss his UFC 74 opponent Gabriel Gonzaga.

The show airs at 4:30 pm eastern time so spread the word on the forums ASAP.
