A heavyweight matchup between Fabricio Werdum and Mike Kyle slated for Saturday’s Strikeforce: Carano vs. Cyborg preliminary card has been promoted to the Showtime-televised portion of the event.

With four title bouts scheduled for the main card, time concerns forced the intriguing heavyweight bout to the untelevised undercard. However, a championship bout between Nick Diaz and Jay Hieron was recently re-booked as a three-round non-title fight between Hieron and Jesse Taylor, allowing Werdum-Kyle to make the broadcast.

In addition to Hieron-Taylor and Werdum-Kyle, Gina Carano vs. Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos, Gilbert Melendez vs. Mitsuhiro Ishida, and Renato “Babalu” Sobral vs. Gegard Mousasi are also set for tomorrow’s main card.
