Are you kidding me? Silva HAS fought almost everyone the UFC throws at him, and look what happened to all of those opponents. They lost. And incase you havent noticed, Machida and Silva wont fight eachother because theyre training partners at Blackhouse. If your going to judge Silva for not fighting Machida, maybe you should go criticize Fitch, Koscheck, and Swick.
I think Silva is more interested in a fight with Maia/Marquardt because they have both fought so many opponents lately, and they dominated them all. Plus, Maia hasnt had a shot at the title yet, and im sure Silva would be very interested in fighting him. Especially seeing how lots of people think Maia would submit Silva and take the MW belt

Next round, he rocks Hendo, gets him to the ground, then what happened mk4? HE GOT CHOKED OUT. Id be more worried about Hendo getting submitted again dude. I am a HUGE hendo fan, but honestly, i think the only way he can win, is if he lands a huge right hook from hell.

Okami? Meh. What qualifies him for a title shot? Wins over Kalib Starnes, Rory Singer, Swick, Lister and Tanner? His one REAL chance at a title shot, he dropped against Franklin. Where are his wins over the likes of Hendo, Marquardt or Maia? By the logic usually applied here, he’s at least 2 or 3 fights from his shot.

Silva is not that good and if he fights Hendo again 2 things are going to happen, either he ko’s Hendo, or Hendo t(ko) him on the ground.

And Travis Lutter did take down anderson silva, when he shot for a double leg and A. Silva threw a flying knee which caused him to fall on top of Lutter and allowed Lutter to simply roll into Silva’s guard. It wasn’t technique that brought Anderson down.
