DREAM Announces Matchups for Featherweight, Super Hulk Tournaments
The matchups for DREAM’s featherweight and Super Hulk tournaments were announced on Monday by the promotion during the HDNet-broadcast of its DREAM 10 event.
Joe Warren vs. Bibiano Fernandes and Hiroyuki Takaya vs. Hideo Tokoro have been booked for the DREAM Featherweight Grand Prix, while Hong Man Choi vs. Ikuhisa Minowa and Gegard Mousasi vs. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou are set for the open weight Super Hulk tournament.
All four bouts, as well as the finale of the featherweight grand prix between the Warren-Fernandes and Takaya-Tokoro winners, are scheduled to take place at DREAM 11 on October 6 in Kanagawa, Japan.

Mousasi vs. Sokoudjou, effing nice. The winner of this match-up will go on to wine the “Super Hulk” tourney. Choi hasn’t been as aggresive since getting the tumor removed and Minowa just isn’t that great IMO.

The FW GP is sick, Warren being the suprise of the year thus far imo, destroying Bebbe and winning (and doing very well) against Kid those are some really tough first fights for the kid..
Mousasi v Soko, its going down forsure I’m really interested in what transpires with Mousasi v Babalu but hey the winner of this superhulk match SHOULD go on an win the whole thing… I don’t see much coming from HMC or Minowaman
I agree that the winner of Mousasi v. Soku will probably end up the tournament winner, but if Minowaman submits HMC, and Soku finds a way to beat Mousasi, then I can’t rule out an early “flying/diving” submission from Minowaman against Soku.
well if mousasi can drag hunt to the ground and sub him…it shouldnt be to hard for him to take thierry to the ground and submit him…even though i would love to see gergard get ko’d i cant stand him i dont know why!

Let’s hope Mousasi doesn’t get an adrenaline rush if he wins by TKO and keeps punching Soku in the face!
