Mitch Gagnon vs. Roman Salazar
We begin the main card with bantamweights Mitch Gagnon (11-2) and Roman Salazar (9-2).
Round 1: Gagnon quickly takes the center of the Octagon and works for a takedown after eating a body kick. Gagnon lands a nice left before they separate. Another combo from Gagnon and that leads to Salazar attempting a takedown. He’s denied, they reverse and Gagnon picks him and scores with a takedown. He transitions immediately to the back, has both hooks in and is attempting to secure the rear-naked choke. They drop to the ground and this one is over.
Mitch Gagnon def. Roman Salazar via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:06 of Round 1
