Ronda Rousey wants to be the best MMA fighter in the world, but she also wants be the highest grossing actor in the world.
“I didn’t grow up wanting to be an action star,” she recently told ESPN The Magazine. “I just didn’t think it was in the cards. Now that it’s a possibility, I’m like, ‘Screw it, I don’t give a s—. If The Rock can become the world’s highest-grossing actor, I can have that same goal.’ I want to be the highest-grossing actor in the world someday.”
Ronda Rousey (10-0) Has two knockout, eight submissions and is undefeated. In her last five fights, she has beaten the top talent that the division offers. Rousey beat Miesha Tate via Armbar at Strikeforce – Tate vs. Rousey on Mar / 03 / 2012 and then Sarah Kaufman via Armbar at Strikeforce – Rousey vs. Kaufman on Aug / 18 / 2012.
“I know how hard it is to juggle a schedule of fights and movies,” she told ESPN. “If she wants to delay the fight a couple of months for a movie, I’d totally understand. If I had a similar situation, I’d hope she’d do the same for me. I take both careers extremely seriously. I don’t see why she shouldn’t.
Rousey made her UFC debut against Liz Carmouche, which she won via Armbar at UFC 157 – Rousey vs. Carmouche on Feb / 23 / 2013. She followed it up with a win over Miesha Tate via Armbar at UFC 168 – Weidman vs. Silva 2 on Dec / 28 / 2013 and then in her next fight, she beat Sara McMann Via TKO at UFC 170 – Rousey vs. McMann on Feb / 22 / 2014.

Rousey is coming off a win over Alexis Davis At UFC 175 and in the process breaking her hand. Her next fight is unknown at this time.
