On Friday, all 24 UFC 99 fighters, including headliners Rich Franklin and Wanderlei Silva, will weigh-in at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany to make their bouts official for Saturday’s pay-per-view card. The fighters are set to hit the scales at 10am ET.
