On the ninth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 9, Frank Lester, who was eliminated by James Wilks in week 6, is tapped to replace Jason Pierce, who was removed from the competition last week by Dana White. With the replacement now set, Lester will square off with Team UK’s David Faulkner in the final welterweight bout of the opening round.
After fighting to a draw over the first two rounds, setting up a decisive third frame, a gassed Faulkner calls it quits, allowing Lester to advance to the 170-pounds semis and evening the season series between the US and UK at 4-4.

Im an English lad and even I cant stand Bisping. 1 good thing he does tho is bashes that little thing the Americans do where they all stick a hand into the middle and shout “1..2..3.. TEAM USA” haha. That is gay. But yea, I dunno why Bisping singled out Demarques.
Imo Bisping is acting like a little lady and quite frankly he is not winning many fans over I guess…. I’m less of a fan, I’ve always stated that I would wait and see to pass judgement on him, but I’m getting rather annoyed by him….

When the show focuses on Dana White/ skin diseases, then you know UF has jumped the shark.
The show has become BORING as hell and it looks like the “fighters” don’t train cadio.

Maybe he was commenting after smoking something because it certainly was not applicable to this (another) sucking episode.

And this season has been good, the teams are back and forth with wins, on previous seasons there;s always a team that completely dominates the other team AND it’s nice to see a rivalry developing with Micheal “The Douche” Bisping and Dan Henderson.
So lets see… Dana White, the president of the UFC is in this episode of TUF (which he is executive producer of) for about 3 minutes (at most) of screen time and the show “focuses on Dana White/ skin diseases”… got it.
I didn’t even see the episode last nite but I still agree that Bisping is gay. I’ve always hated him since the post fight vs hamill, but now he’s come down with a case of two big for his britches!! I think he’s bought into all the hype that UFC pumps out and truly thinks he’s on the same level as these other guys. Can’t wait to see Hendo put his fist thru the counts face. I’m still laughin at that pathetic end during the leben fight when he couldn’t knock him out with three free shots to the face…what a pussy.
The guy from Team UK quit because he has a problem with gag reflex and that affected his breathing.

The tennis and Frisbee were awful gimmicks that fell flat.
Aside from fanboys and the “professional wresting” crowd, this season sucks and you all know it.
The show is not about “teams” or “coaches” it’s about discovered fighters that have been given a huge opportunity to make it into the big leagues.
There is none of that in this season.
So far we have seen people that gas after one round, a guy that can’t fight because he gags on his mouth piece, a guy dressed like Kenny in South Park that doesn’t want to fight doesn’t want to be on the show.
If I want a show about skin infections, I can watch the Discovery Channel.
I could care less want people trapped in a house together do, there’s a show called “Big Brother” that explores that.
I could care less about people talking big time smack to each other… that’s called “professional wrestling”.
I could care even less about MMA fighters playing tennis or Frisbee… break me a fucking give.
Dana White need to go nuclear and fire everyone involved with this season’s turkey and start fresh.
That should be “undiscovered” fighters.
I want to see people train cardio until they puke.
I want to see people lifting more than their bodyweight.
I want to see fighters compete in endurance events like what Navy SEALS and Army Rangers endure.
I want to see team vs. team competing in strength events like they did in the first few seasons… that was interesting.
UF has turned into a soap opera for chicks and small children and that’s just sad.
I want to see you make sense and stop contradicting yourself for once.
I think you’ll get your wish before I do.
Yeah, I’m definitely starting to lose respect for Bisping, but i still hope he get the “W” over Hendo.
Please Bisping keep talking so you look like as much of a douche possible when hendo takes you apart. If Hendo can handle Silvas mt and be stronger then him in the clinch I don’t see the British Baby King having any better results.
do bare in mind guys that bisping is a fighter, also i think he will tear hendo a new one…he was out of order with the water sqirting incident but as i say hes a fighter, they tend to have more than average aggressive tendancies, im not a bisping fanboy by any stretch but its rediculous to say a fighter with his record is overrated his record speaks for itself, i feel hendersons best time may have passed although i do have heaps of respect for him.
Why does Bisping continue to embarrass himself. Being a Brit myself I just want him to close his mouth. Earlier in the series he said he liked to talk trash and get under peoples skin yet when David “zero cardio” Falkner gives up despite enjoying himself (WTF?!?!) and the American team understandably revel in victory Bisping storms off.
My advice Michael, if you can’t take it why bother dishing it out. I still want him to beat Henderson, but that’s only out of patriotism and if he does lose which I suspect he will, he’s going to look an even bigger a-hole.
