UFC Fight Night 49

Unfortunately, Ernest Chavez (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) had to pull out of his scheduled fight with Mirsad Bektic (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 49, but now, Max Holloway (9-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) will step in for him.

Max Holloway was 4-0 before he made his UFC debut at UFC 143 in 2011. He lost to Dustin Poirier via armbar in the first round. Halloway was 8–3 and won his last fight over Will Chope in January via TKO coming into UFC 172 in his last fight where he beat Andre Fili via submission (guillotine choke) – Round 3, 3:39.
