    I feel you rob. I envy dana’s position that he holds and would love to tag around with him for a week. but after doing that my life would be worthless and I would slip into depression, knowing that the week with dana was the best week of my life and nothing would come close to it.

    Rashad didnt look like his confident self when they did their pose down with machida. I really hope greg jackson and rashad’s gameplan is not to ko lyoto with one punch.
