The UFC Announces End Of The Year PPV

Andrew Ravens

UFC

It has become an annual thing for the UFC and they will once again hold a end of the year PPV. However, this year, due to Christmas, the end of the show will not happen until January 3rd.

Last year’s show saw Chris Weidman retain his middleweight title over Anderson Silva and Ronda Rousey retaining her bantamweight title against Miesha Tate.

This year’s show will see a lightweight title fight between champion Anthony Pettis (17-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) and challenger Gilbert Melendez (22-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC).

It should be noted that Ronda Rousey wants to fight on that card, so look out for her to be added to that card.

UFC 182 is expected to take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena on January 3rd of 2015.
