Nick Diaz is retired and only wants a title fight, a fight with Anderson Silva or a fight with the retired Georges St. Pierre.
Well, now he has changed his tune and wants to return to the octagon by the new year. Well, according to this:
Ran into Nick Diaz last nite at Glory. Good mood. Said he hoped to be fighting again by new year; trying to work out contracts now

Prior to making his UFC debut, Nick Diaz had a ten fight winning streak and made his UFC debut against BJ Penn which he beat Unanimous Decision. He lost to Carlos Condit via Unanimous Decision and then against GSP for the belt in March of 2013 via Unanimous Decision. He retired after the fight for whatever reason. Diaz has stated that he is interested in coming back for one more fight.
