John Dodson Lands Devastating Knee To The Face Of John Moraga To End The Fight

The first round was very good, John Dodson landing at will, his speed way too much for John Moraga. However, at the end of round one, Moraga started to slow down the fight and did what he could. The second round did not have a ton of offense, but still very entertaining. Dodson would land a leg kick that would lead to a big strike.

The end of the fight came when Dodson hits a big knee that drops Moraga, he swarms all over Moraga which busted Moraga open. Dodson tries to finishes, but runs out of time.

In between rounds, the doctor stopped the fight.

Result: John Dodson def. John Moraga via TKO (doctor’s stoppage) – Round 2, 5:00

In his last fight, he beat Darrell Montague via knockout at UFC 166 – Velasquez vs. dos Santos 3 on Oct / 19 / 2013.

In his last fight he beat Dustin Ortiz via split decision at UFC Fight Night – Rockhold vs. Philippou on Jan / 15 / 2014.
