#1 contender Alexander Gustafsson has made it clear for UFC Light Heavyweight Jon Jones, he wants to fight. Gustafsson has signed on to fight, but Jones has not. He just does not understand why his planned UFC light heavyweight title fight against Jon Jones is not yet official.
“Still no signature from you on that piece of paper from the UFC,” Gustafsson wrote on Facebook. “As a champ, accept my challenge. You have something that belongs to me and I want it.
“The fans are waiting, so come on now, stop delaying.”
“You gotta ask Jon (about not signing). I don’t know. I don’t like it, I don’t like it at all.”
Jon Jones (20-1) has an 11 fight winning streak. He defeated Maurício Rua via TKO to win the title in 2011 and went on to defend his title six times with wins over fighters named: Quinton Jackson, Lyoto Machida, Rashad Evans, Vitor Belfort, Chael Sonnen and finally back in September against Alexander Gustafsson.
Time will tell if this fight will happen or not.
