Welcome to the general experience anyone doing business with Quebec has to face: illogical, confusing, and counter-productive. Best guess is that it is ego (insecurity) and a need to control their little piece of the world … illogical because it drives people away. If you think this is bad, you should try dealing with Cirque du Soliel – a nightmare.

These guys with the commission have to be heard to justify their pay i guess.
Suddenly they have taken notice of the popularity of MMA and have visions of dollars and raises dancing in their heads.
I still dont belive them when the Quebec A.C. stated they were not aware thet there was a UFC fight in Montreal, i mean come on GSP had just won an Athlete of the year award…somebody’s fibbing or not paying attention.
