Big Nog and LiL Nog both have fought for the same Org before, LiL Nog had 10 fights under the PRIDE banner, and Big Nog had 21 fights under the PRIDE banner...

The UFC I don't believe ever offered LiL Nog a contract (I could definately be wrong on this) but the UFC had always wanted Big Nog in their org, hell he was the first former PRIDE champ to get a Belt in the UFC, and the purchase of PRIDE the LHW division was stacked and really LiL Nog coming off of a brutal ko from Sokoudjou they decided to sign him instead of LiL Nog I guess..

I can't believe that LIL Nog went three rounds, but hey he got a W and is staying "active" because Affliction can't find time to put on their third event....

Gomi was pretty impressive in his victory but he really needs to tighten up his game imo..

The shocker (for me) is that Ishida lost, if it was an early stoppage I don't know it could have gone either way I don't think he was "out" but I wasn't there sooo... But he never went for his takedowns, he attempting to make it a kickboxing match which struck me as odd, the last time he did that was against Gomi and well it didn't end well for Ishida that time either....
