Tito Ortiz agreed to a plea deal today in regards to his DUI arrest from earlier this year, according to TMZ. For those who may have missed it or forgotten, Back in January, Ortiz crashed his 2012 Porsche Panamera on the 405 Freeway at around 4AM. The police report stated that Ortiz, who was partying at the Playboy Mansion that night and blew a .12 on the Breathalyzer.
Ortiz initially entered a plea of not guilty, but agreed to change his plea to a no contest. The plea agreement will have Ortiz is scheduled to pay fines that is unknown to the public. Also, he will have to enroll in an alcohol education program and will serve 36 months of probation.
Ortiz is expected to face Alexander Shlemenko on May 17, 2014 at Bellator 120.
