It may not be MMA-related, but fans of any combat sport should enjoy watching Manny Pacquiao’s drubbing and second-round knockout of Ricky Hatton from last night in Las Vegas. A complete video of the bout is embedded below:

thanks for posting that Kris. I saw the KO but couldn’t get a replay of it. Whether you are a boxing fan or not you have to appreciated Paquiao’s skill. Paquiao is razor sharp w/ his boxing and also packs some nice power for a lightweight.
appreciate*
Gotta hand it to the pacman.
So Mayweather v. Pacman then right? Man, I bet Floyd wishes he didn’t come back from retirement.
Pacman is by far the best fighter in his weightclass in any combat sport.
Sure I can respect that but it just really does nohting for me. MMA is just much more technical and exciting imo. Dude was totally outclassed in this fight.
mayweather has juan manuel marquez in july, then if he wins maybe him and pac-man fight. marquez is no scrub, and floyd is coming off of a almost two-year retirement. he could lose.
Nah, Manuel is a good fighter but he is tailor made for Mayweather to walk through him. Mayweather is the more elusive, and he does really well against power punchers. avoiding and countering. Mayweather will face Pacman… and THEN he’ll lose
Let save boxing, for a boxing site. Hell they already have enough exposure. thanks
Huge Hatton fan i can not believe how suicidal he was against Manny it was unreal watching Hatton coming forward over & over again what a stupid game plan against such a quick operator like Manny.
Looking forward to JMM vs Mayweather that will be a war
I saw this at a bar on Saturday, one of the best boxing ko’s I’ve seen in a while!
If you love MMA you gotta love the skill set and the precision of the sweet science in boxing.
I grew up watching boxing and training. The greats of the sport really made you appreciate the art of it all.
Sugar Ray Robinson, Roy Jones Jr, Ray Lenord
Mike Tyson, and of course the Greatest of all time ALI!!
True it has become somewhat of a circus act, with the way the powers that be allow things to happen and so on but you still have guys like
Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosely, Miguel Cotto Jermain Taylor etc. exciting.
cause no one saw tht coming. i just want to see mayweather fight pacquiao thn we would see who is the best
Hatton should retire. Putting on and then losing 3 stones between fights isn’t conjucive to championship boxing, and when you get knocked out cold by a blown up flyweight you know you’ve got serious problems.
As far as fighting Amir Khan later this year back in the uk, why?
In addition, Pacquiao not superhuman or anything, the guy has lost 3 times and will get blown away by Maywaether. The Pacquiao/Hatton fight was a good fighter beating an average and much over-hyped fighter
