Four fighters earned bonuses for their efforts Friday at UFC Fight Night 39, including main event winner Roy Nelson.
Nelson floored Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in the first round of their heavyweight fight from Abu Dhabi. The entire card aired on Fight Pass.
Nelson and Ramsey Nijem earned “Performance of the Night” honors, while Clay Guida and Tatsuya Kawajiri were given the “Fight of the Night.”
Nijem earned a victory over Beneil Dariush to start the main card, while Guida scored a decision over Kawajiri in the co-main event.
All four fighters earned an additional $50,000 for their efforts.
The attendance was announced at 7,963 with a live gate of $1.8 million. UFC president Dana White stated on Twitter that the card was a sellout.
