Chris Weidman appears to be taking a page from the book of Anderson Silva, as the UFC middleweight champion continues to keep fans updated on his recovery from knee surgery.
A week ago, Weidman underwent operations to repair ligaments in both of his knees. The procedure was a success, and the fighter was already up and jogging just a day later.
Now, six days removed from surgery, Weidman is riding a stationary bike as he recovers. His next scheduled fight is in July at UFC 175 against Lyoto Machida.
“Feeling pretty good,” Weidman posted, along with a video of his rehab.
