Bellator Announces Lineup For May 1st Event in Dayton, Ohio
PRESS RELEASE — Bellator Fighting Championships announced today a lineup of highly anticipated fights taking place at Hara Arena in Dayton, Ohio on May 1, 2009. This marks Bellator’s fifth event of the 12-week tournament series airing on ESPN Deportes on Saturdays. Dayton will host the first round of Bellator’s Semi-Final match-ups, with a $50,000 prize for each winner, which will send two Lightweights to the Bellator world championship final bout in June.
“Dayton fans will get a chance to witness some of the best Lightweight fighters from across the globe in these world championship bouts,” remarked Bjorn Rebney, Bellator Fighting Championships CEO. “At Bellator, each tournament fighter has their own destiny in their hands and at the Hara Arena two fighters will get the chance to advance to the Bellator Fighting Championships finals.”

Affliction has NOTHING on Bellator
Eddie Alvarez is kinda getting a walk to the finals imo…
I’m just glad I can (maybe) get up there and see it.
Hope you get the oppritunity to go my friend………..
Need to convince an absent member of our community here to go with me
Ya where has BsBiz been recently (2months)? Did I upset BsBiz? probably but seriously you two should go, probably would be a hell of a time….
thats what people were saying about aoki and he lost. nothing is a given in mma fr. I agree that affliction cant come close to bellator, I think the top organizations are the UFC, WEC, Dream, and right behind Dream is Bellator.
Big Chris, were you refering to the DREAM WWGP? Cuz the LWGP was no walk what so ever…
UFC,WEC,DREAM,StrikeForce,WVR and Bellator imo
WVR* and I agree with that assessment.
Fixed thx Justin,oops
cheers.
cant forget about elite X……. nevermind
