The Sun has confirmed that he is full time after a discussion with Dixie Carter. Lashley will never make the UFC anyway. His best option would be TUF

MMA is sanctioned in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Alberta. Bodog used to do fights in British Columbia, but it has recently banned the sport to be put under review. Calgary’s Sattledome would be the most ideal place to go if the UFC did head out to Western Canada.

There may be some truth to the story, and there may be some truth to your comment about Lashley having overvalued himself initially in the world of MMA. However, I don’t trust the Sun, well I don’t trust any news source completely, but I trust the Sun much less. If Lashley has in fact signed with TNA, he can scrap any idea of joining the UFC, which I’m not convinced yet that he would have done anyways.
